Finished an UFO and Karen's RR
Vorig jaar ben ik gestopt met dit borduurwerkje, omdat Kerstmis toch al voorbij was... Maar eigenlijk hoefde er helemaal niet meer zoveel geborduurd te worden. Dus toen ik deze van de week weer eens tevoorschijn toverde, was hij best snel klaar!
Last year I stopped stitching on this project, because Christmas was already over... But there wasn't much left to stitch. So when I pulled this out a few days ago, it was pretty fast ready!

Nu nog gaan bedenken hoe ik hem zal afwerken... Misschien wel op een kist die ik nog heb staan. Als je interesse hebt; het patroon is te koop/ruil!
Now I only have to decide how to finish it.... Maybe as a box top. When you're interested; the chart is for sale/trade!
De post bracht me vandaag de Friendship RR van Karen. Ik had vanmiddag een "vrije" middag en heb meteen maar m'n hartje geborduurd!
Today's mail brought me Karen's Friendship RR. I had a "free" afternoon, so I stitched my heart right away!

Karen wilde graag de aardse kleurencombinatie van het origineel, maar dan in garens naar eigen keuze. Ik heb een garen gekozen van de Victorian Motto Sampler Shoppe en DMC.
Karen asked for the earthy colorthones of the original, but in our own choice of threads. So I picked a thread of the Victorian Motto Sampler Shoppe and DMC.

Ik heb inmiddels ook al een stukje gequilt aan de elfjes. Ik maak allemaal sterren in de blokken. Wordt geloof ik wel leuk...
In the mean time I already quilted a bit on the Elves. I'm making all kind of stars in the blocks. I think it will turn out nice...
